Returns & Exchanges

At OptimumNutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
